Halared® Apple
Malus ~ Zones 3-7

Medium size deep red fruit. Juicy, tart, firm flesh. Good for cooking. Hardy and fire blight resistance. Good keeper.
Honeycrisp Apple
Malus ~ Zones 4-8
​
Large 3" apple having a sweet-tart flavor and great texture. This apple has the best crunch and will keep in storage for up to 5 months. It is a good pollinizer for other types of apples, but it is suggested to use Red Delicious apple or Snowdrift crabapple as a pollinizer for best production of the Honeycrisp apple.
Jonagold Apple

Cross between a Golden Delicious Apple and a Jonathan Apple. Large and juicy. Vigorous grower and avoids disease. Plant in well drained soil with full sun.
Lodi Apple
Malus ~ Zones 4-8
​
Yellow skinned fruit. Very early apple ripening in mid-July. Crisp and tart. Good for pies and sauce. While not a long keeper, it keeps better than the Yellow Transparent, and freezes well. Suggest Liberty as a pollinizer.
McIntosh Apple

A red variety of the McIntosh. Great flavor with white fragrant flesh. A very hardy all purpose apple. Requires a pollinizer.
Red Fuji Apple
Malus ~ Zones 5-9​

Red pin stripes over red. Cream colored, firm flesh. Very aromatic flavor. Fruit keeps up to 12 months when refrigerated. Excellent for cooking and eating. Ripens late October with Granny Smith which is the suggested as a pollinizer.
Spartan Apple

Easy to grow, hardy tree. Dark red juicy fruit which is great for eating and juicing. Long shelf life at cooler temperatures. Smaller apple tree.
